About the Role
We are a dynamic IT company working on projects that span marketing, recruitment, and operations. We are looking for a curious, proactive, and versatile intern who wants to learn and grow across multiple business areas, supporting both business and operations initiatives and recruitment processes, as well as internal projects.

We embrace a hybrid work approach, with 3 days in the office and two days working remotely. Spending time in the office is essential for building in-person connections, fostering teamwork, and facilitating productive whiteboarding sessions and brainstorming.
What You’ll Do
Support the recruitment process such as posting job descriptions, help in filtering the candidates, followup candidatesm scheduling and validating interviews, etc
Support the creation and improvement of slide decks and presentation materials.
Assist with website support and web design tasks, helping to maintain and enhance our online presence.
Participate in content creation for LinkedIn, blog, and other channels (future projects)
Leverage AI tools to accelerate tasks and improve efficiency.
Opportunity to grow into supporting internal project management initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For
Student or recent graduate in HR, Marketing, Management, Communications, IT, or related fields.
Interest in learning about recruitment, operations, and IT projects.
Familiarity and agility with AI tools to enhance productivity.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
Good communication skills in English and Portuguese.
Curious and eager to explore multiple roles in a small, dynamic IT team.
